Morning Worship – 10:30AM
Sunday worship begins at 10:30 and lasts for an hour. Worship is traditional, but not formal, and includes hymns, scripture readings, prayers, and a sermon. Our time together is both joyful and reflective as we seek to hear from God and respond to God’s love and direction for us.
Entering the Building
Enter through either of the front doors, located just around both sides of the church as you are standing on Chestnut Street. Handicapped accessibility is found on the walkway between Salem and the B’nai B’rith apartments. Use the door at the rear of the prayer garden and follow the signs to the sanctuary.
Parking
Street parking is free on Sundays, either on Chestnut, 3rd or at the lot at the bottom of Dewberry Street. As you travel NE on Chestnut, pass 3rd Street and take the next right onto Dewberry. The lot will be on your left as you go around the bend.
Children
Children are welcome to sit with parents or caregivers during the service, singing and engaging with the congregational responses. There’s a children’s sermon just for them and special bags with quiet activities for your child to engage with during the rest of the service.
Adult Sunday School – 9:15AM
Adult Sunday School meets most Sundays in the fellowship hall/chapel. We are currently looking at the book of Genesis for what it tells us about God, God’s creation, and God’s plans for the world.
